Service & Repairs

We provide a warranty on our products in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in each country.
(Proof of purchase must be presented/submitted)

Service and repairs are offered free of charge within the warranty period in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act on the following conditions:

1. The fault is a design or material fault (excluding normal wear and tear and misuse).
2. Repairs have not been attempted by anyone other than Millarco’s approved service workshops.
3. Non-original spare parts have not been used with the product.

Free-of-charge servicing includes replacement of defective parts and labour.
The product must be taken to the point of sale, which will forward it to us.
We do not accept repairs or warranty obligations direct from customers.
