Cozze door for 17" pizza oven, which is one of the most popular pizza ovens in Denmark. The door keeps the heat in efficiently and increases the efficiency of the oven considerably. It is not recommended that the door be used all the time as the temperature can become extremely high. Use it briefly during heating and between pizza baking to prevent the temperature from falling.
