We are here to ensure that your experience with our product is as smooth and seamless as possible. Our Support & Service team is dedicated to assisting you with any challenge, question, or request you may have.

 

 

Service & Repair


We provide a warranty on our products in accordance with the legal regulations applicable in each country. (Proof of purchase must be presented/included).

Service and repairs are carried out free of charge within the warranty period according to Danish consumer law under the following conditions:

1. The defect is due to a construction or material fault (normal wear and misuse are excluded).
2. No repair attempts have been made by anyone other than Millarco’s authorized service centers.
3. No non-original parts have been used in the machine.

Free service includes the replacement of defective parts as well as labor costs. The product should be returned to the place of purchase, and the store will handle further shipping.
We do not accept repairs or warranty claims directly from customers.

Please include photo documentation, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue when submitting a claim.

End consumers of Millarco’s products cannot use the complaint form. Instead, they should return the product to the store where it was purchased, and the store will handle further shipping.
