Cozze® perforated lightweight aluminium pizza peel, 60×28×28 cm

A pizza peel is a virtually indispensable tool when baking pizza, as it ensures that the pizza does not break when being placed in and taken out of the oven. This Cozze® pizza peel is perforated, thereby allowing excess flour to fall through the peel before the pizza goes into the oven. The flour then doesn’t burn onto the oven, creating less smoke and less need for cleaning, and more importantly it also ensures a perfect crispy pizza base.
